Following the recent events and the Covid-19 (Coronarivus), you probably have a lot of questions. We answer the most frequently asked questions:
I booked a tour for the next few days, is it cancelled?
All of our tours are maintained, whether it is with a Segway or an electric bike. We will be happy to welcome you in our agency.
I am afraid of contracting Coronavirus, can I cancel my reservation?
Our cancellation conditions remain the same. You can therefore cancel without charge up to 48 hours before the departure. We really want to make you discover our beautiful city, Lyon. The ComhiC team proposes you to postpone your trip to a more convenient time. We can also transform your reservation into a gift card which will be valid during one year.
During the tour, are we close together?
The ComhiC team respects all the safety instructions imposed by the Government. You are on an individual machine (Segway or bike). We also respect the imposed distance of one meter to avoid the transmission of the Coronavirus. Moreover, we aren’t an indoor activity which increases the risk of contamination. We practice an outdoor activity which allows us to enjoy the fresh air.
Events gathering more than 50 people are prohibited. How many are we during your guided tours?
At ComhiC, we favour warm and friendly groups. We are minimum 2 people and 8 maximum. We are therefore below the limit.
Are you taking extra hygiene measures with the arrival of the Coronavirus?
We pay attention to the well-being and health of our visitors. Our machines have always been carefully cleaned. With the Covid-19 virus, we have simply intensify our efforts:
- The machines are cleaned and disinfected before and after each departure (grips, handlebars, saddle, brakes…).
- All our handles (main entrance, toilets…) are disinfected.
- We ask you to clean your hands as soon as you arrive in our agency.
- Our employees are also obliged to wash their hands regularly.
