Segway “Historic” Tour 1h30

The Segway “historic” tour is a journey across the ages which will make you discover the richness of the city. Within 1h30 of Segway go back in 2000 years of history and go off to explore the emblematic monuments of Lyon. Vieux Lyon, Saône riverbanks, Place Bellecour, Rhône riverbanks, Place des Terreaux, the tour will take you to the different historic areas part of the UNESCO world heritage.

To make this ride even more special, we use funny machines called Segway Personal Transporter. The Segway PT is an electric vehicule composed of two parallel wheels and a reclining handelbar. Full of electronic, the machine balances thanks to the “dynamic stabilization” system. To move forward, you don’t need any acceleration pedal, you just have to lean forward and to move back or brake, you just have to lean backwards. Regarding the direction, the handlebar leans from left to right.

Kids friendly : 

• If you want to do the tour with a child under 14 years old we can provide a bike or you can come with his/her bike or scooter. You can also rent an electric scooter belonging to a self-service rental company (such as Dott, Tier, etc… You must rent them according to their general terms and conditions). In any case, you will be responsible for the behavior of your child during the tour.
• In this case, we will provide helmets and protections for your children.
• While booking, please, tell us if you choose to come with children under 14 years old
• Youth rate – under 18

Cancellation policy : 

• Departure is guaranteed and maintained in case of rain except if cancellation is notified 48 hours before.
• Beyond 15 minutes of delay, the booking is cancelled and won’t be reimbursed. The guide will leave with the ret of the group.
